What I Do

I offer a wide range of research and editorial services for authors, publishers, magazines, businesses, and nonprofits:

• Research, fact-checking, and information services. I am an experienced and creative researcher, skilled in finding and using print and digital resources as well as analyzing, summarizing, and organizing information.
• Content development, social media, and editorial services. I write, edit, and consult on all kinds of content for print and the web.
• Research workshops and classes. I teach writers how to do creative research and find and evaluate sources of information through public and private classes and individual coaching. I’ve taught classes on research for the Clarion West Writers Workshop and Richard Hugo House and I’ve taught workshops on fact-checking for the Northwest Editors Guild.
